The most common factor in viscose carpet or say artificial silk carpet is that the yarn sheds. Viscose yarn is high in shine but is weak when it get in touch with water. This is a normal feature but when we talk for high end clients, we should not offer them this yarn. Now the issue is when the shinning is high what more can be done to remove its disadvantages. We have acheived this issue with some blending of yarn we have reduced this shedding to very very less, say 1%. The additional advantage is that this yarn is also fire retardent.
